We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking a confident and customer-focused Phone Support & Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role combines customer support with phone-based sales and requires someone who can confidently educate customers, overcome objections, and close purchases. . You will be a key point of contact for customers who prefer to speak with a real person before buying and will directly contribute to revenue through abandoned checkout recovery and phone-based sales.. What We Offer:. Location/Schedule: Remote - U.S. Time Zone. 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific or Central Time, depending on the assigned shift. Employment Type: Full-Time. Compensation: 500 USD per month. 20 days paid annual leave and 10 days paid sick leave. Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to close rate and revenue generated. Key Responsibilities. Inbound Phone Support. Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and clarity. Answer product-related questions and educate customers on features, benefits, and use cases. Guide customers toward confident purchase decisions. Outbound Sales & Checkout Recovery. Call customers who abandoned checkout to understand objections and close the sale. Gather structured feedback on why customers did not complete their purchase. Upsell relevant accessories or add-ons to increase Average Order Value (AOV) . Phone Orders. Support customers who prefer to purchase over the phone. Accurately collect customer and payment details. Create and process orders within the e-commerce system. Customer Support Collaboration. Collaborate with the Customer Support team via Freshcaller and Freshdesk. Communicate internally using Slack. Manage follow-ups and tasks in ClickUp.
