You’ll work closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life—ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals.. You’ll also take a lead role in exploring and implementing AI tools within the creative strategy workflow—testing new platforms, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting the team in integrating tools that improve efficiency and elevate creative output.. Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.. . Conduct brand and industry research to fuel creative ideation and ensure relevance.. . Translate insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic direction for designers and UGC creators.. . Project & Stakeholder Management. . Manage the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution—ensuring assets are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time.. . Coordinate across designers, editors, and content creators to keep workflows smooth and aligned.. . Act as a key point of contact for clients—gathering input, managing feedback, and ensuring expectations are met throughout the process.. . Creative Quality & Optimization. . Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals and platform best practices.. . Provide actionable feedback and guidelines to creative teams to continuously improve output.. . Monitor post-launch performance and recommend iterative improvements where needed.. . . Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing).. . A strong understanding of creative’s role in driving performance across paid platforms.. . Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.. . Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing moving parts within a creative team.. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to give and gather the right info at the right time.. . A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts—you can spot what’s working and know how to build on it.. .
