Skills in API, performance, and integration testing . . Hands-on experience in manual testing. . In-depth knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and experience working within Agile teams. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making. . Strong leadership skills, proactivity, work ownership, accountability. . Upper-Intermediate+ English level. . Desirable:. . Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. . In this role, you’ll own the QA strategy for a high-speed, intense fintech project, increasing automation test coverage and driving continuous improvements in testing processes.. . Help the QA team to increase test automation speed and coverage. . Streamline automated testing processes for efficiency . . Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks. . Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright. . Conduct API, performance, and integration testing . . Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines . . Collaborate with the team to identify testing priorities. . Analyze test results, report defects, and provide actionable insights, ensuring visibility for stakeholders. . Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies. . Mentor junior QAs on best practices in test automation. . Create and maintain relevant test documentation . .
