As a Geoscience Recruiter, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for highly specialized roles in geology, geophysics, and adjacent technical fields. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to shape talent strategy and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is a high-impact position where you’ll play a critical role in sourcing world-class talent to support cutting-edge exploration and technological innovation. Manage end-to-end recruiting for niche technical roles, primarily in geology and geophysics. . Build strong relationships with hiring managers and company leadership to align hiring priorities. . Proactively source candidates through creative and non-traditional channels. . Translate complex job specs into effective sourcing and outreach strategies. . Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. . Advise executives on recruitment strategies, talent market trends, and pipeline progress. . Coordinate offer processes and ensure smooth transitions to onboarding. . Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and reporting practices. . . 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for technical or scientific roles. . Proven ability to understand and synthesize complex scientific or technical information. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience advising senior stakeholders. . Prior background in science or a degree in a scientific field is strongly preferred. . Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in past roles. . Experience working with distributed teams and supporting remote hiring processes. . Strong organizational and analytical skills to track performance metrics and manage priorities. .
