In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:. Irrigation Monitoring (Primary Responsibility). Log in daily via VPN to access plant/sensor dashboards;. Monitor water levels and environmental values across multiple rooms/zones;. Compare readings against target ranges provided by the client;. Make small irrigation adjustments when necessary (e.g., modify watering duration or frequency) following written rules;. Maintain extreme accuracy when adjusting numeric values (e.g., distinguishing 5 minutes vs. 50 minutes);. Document daily checks and changes in a structured log for review;. Flag anomalies or irregular patterns to leadership immediately;. Social Media & Brand Monitoring (Secondary Responsibility). Monitor Reddit and other online platforms for brand mentions;. Engage using neutral customer-style accounts (not official company accounts);. Respond politely to comments, questions, or complaints;. Share positive feedback and help reinforce brand reputation;. Escalate repeated complaints or serious issues;. Assist in drafting responses for official accounts when needed;. Extremely detail-oriented and careful with numbers;. Comfortable working with dashboards and remote systems via VPN;. Strong computer skills and troubleshooting ability;. Organized and process-driven;. Ability to follow written instructions and checklists precisely;. Good written English for online engagement and communication;. Reliable and consistent with daily check-ins (including weekends);.
