Relationship Manager / Officer - Solar Loans at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Min Experience: 1 years. JobType: full-time. We are actively seeking a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager / Officer – Solar Loans to join our team in Pune. This role focuses on developing business and managing sales of solar loan products in partnership with solar EPC companies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the solar energy domain or with EPC partners, and will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to loan disbursement. The position demands high energy, strong relationship-building skills, and a hands-on, field-oriented approach.. Key Responsibilities:. . Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with solar EPC companies in the assigned region. . . Generate leads for solar loans and convert them into disbursed cases. . . Conduct field visits to engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate financing solutions. . . Foster and maintain strong relationships with EPC partners, customers, and other key stakeholders. . . Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of services. . . Monitor and report on sales pipeline, disbursement status, and customer interactions. . . Keep abreast of developments in the solar industry, including market trends and policy updates. . . Represent the organization at solar exhibitions, events, and industry forums. . . Meet or exceed monthly targets for EPC onboarding and loan disbursements. . . Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with internal documentation standards. . . Must-Have Requirements:. . Prior experience in solar loan sales or working closely with Solar EPC companies. . . Proven field sales experience with strong client relationship management skills. . . Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with frequent field travel. . . Minimum educational qualification: Graduate. . .
