You’ll work closely with the Pickle team to bring our brand to life locally. That means:. . Planning and executing local activations — from charm nights to closet pop-ups, matcha walks to upload parties and more. . Identifying community moments where Pickle should show up (e.g. sorority events, local festivals, and buzzy activations). . Finding people with amazing closets and helping them upload their pieces . . Driving new user downloads, spreading brand awareness and building trust. . Helping friends and community members get their first rentals on Pickle . . Building buzz through word-of-mouth, strategic popups, and scrappy marketing . . Collaborating with HQ to brainstorm creative growth tactics for your market . . Acting as our eyes and ears on the ground — spotting trends, feedback, and opportunities to jump on. .
