As a Senior Lead Software Developer specializing in EDI and B2B integrations, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level solutions that connect multiple business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and security teams, to deliver robust and scalable integrations. This role requires hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator, mapping tools, and various communication protocols. You will proactively monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless partner onboarding and data exchanges. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, data accuracy, and business success. You will also mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvements in integration processes and technologies.. . Accountabilities. Design, develop, implement, and support B2B integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator, including map creation and maintenance.. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end EDI/B2B solutions.. Onboard and support trading partners for EDI (X12, EDIFACT) and other formats such as XML, CSV, and flat files.. Monitor production integrations for performance, failures, and SLA compliance, and proactively resolve issues.. Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning for integration platforms.. Manage secure communications including AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS, working closely with security teams.. Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation for processes and maps.. Mentor junior team members and lead small integration teams where applicable.. . 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM Mapping Tool.. Strong expertise in EDI, B2B system integrations, and data transformations.. Knowledge of EDI message standards including X12 and EDIFACT, and familiarity with XML.. Understanding of communication, authentication, and authorization protocols such as AS2, SFTP, MFT, PGP, and SSH.. Experience in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments and understanding of DNS, TCP/IP protocols, and security considerations.. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with infrastructure, security, and development teams.. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field; relevant certifications are a plus..
