Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. ·         Plan, analyze, design, develop, program, and maintain telecommunications systems.. ·         Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and performance.. ·         Define and recommend state-of-the-art telecommunications solutions for government and public safety applications.. ·         Support acquisition processes by identifying system requirements and evaluating alternative designs.. ·         Conduct detailed analyses to identify potential problems and recommend effective solutions..
