Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time. . Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. . Maintain and update payroll records and documents. . Manage payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. . Calculate and process employee bonuses, commissions, and deductions. . Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams. . Collaborate with HR to ensure proper employee classification and onboarding. . . Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role. . Familiarity with payroll software and systems. . In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws regarding payroll. . Strong mathematical and analytical skills. . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. .
