Accountabilities:. ·         Engage with clients to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.. ·         Analyze Medicaid and healthcare datasets to identify trends, validate data quality, and summarize insights for stakeholders.. ·         Develop business requirements, system designs, and documentation for new solutions or enhancements to existing platforms.. ·         Participate in planning, requirements gathering, and clarification sessions with clients and internal teams.. ·         Assist with process analysis, process improvement, and implementation of operational efficiencies.. ·         Support QA and application support activities as needed to ensure successful client outcomes.. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new technologies, platforms, and integrations for potential adoption.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.. ·         5+ years of experience working with Healthcare Administration software and Medicaid datasets.. ·         Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and/or Snowflake for data analysis and reporting.. ·         Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.. ·         Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.. ·         Experience with requirements gathering, business documentation, and process improvement initiatives.. ·         Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment..
