Interview Scheduling & Coordination . Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring candidates, external agencies, interviewers, and hiring managers are fully prepared and updated at all times. . Handle calendar management, meeting invites, and reschedules with professionalism and accuracy. . Candidate Experience . Act as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a smooth experience. . Support the onboarding process by coordinating logistics and preparing documentation as needed. . Recruitment Operations . Maintain candidate records and job postings within Workable ensuring up to date at all times. . Generate and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards to monitor progress and timelines. . Project Support . Assist with recruitment and wider people operations projects, such as reporting, onboarding, general housekeeping, process improvements, system implementations, and employer branding initiatives. . Coordinate internal hiring projects and support the execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment initiatives. . Collaboration . Work closely with Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and the People team to streamline recruitment processes. . Liaise across offices to ensure consistent communication and alignment with Relm’s culture and values. . WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:. . . Experience: . 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or administrative roles, ideally within professional services or a global organization. . . . Organizational Skills:. Exceptional ability to manage multiple calendars, priorities, and projects simultaneously. . . . Communication Skills: . Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. . . . Tech-Savvy:. Comfortable using Workable, Outlook, Teams, Predictive Index, LinkedIn etc. . . . Attention to Detail: . High level of accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and documentation. . . . Cultural Sensitivity: . Ability to coordinate across different time zones and work effectively with diverse teams globally. . . . Proactive & Flexible: . Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities. . . . Remote Ready:. Comfortable working remotely and across UK and US time zones as required. . .
