Responsibilities:. The Role. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Health Care Professional Partner to join our German team, focusing on Berlin and the surrounding areas. . What do you need to do to win? . As a . Senior Health Care Professional Partner. , you will play a key role in expanding access to our men’s health treatments by building trusted, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals across Berlin and surrounding areas. You’ll combine science-led engagement with strategic insight to drive sustainable growth.. Core Responsibilities. Engagement & Relationship Building. . Develop and manage strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs (urologists, endocrinologists, GPs, nurses, pharmacists) to support better patient outcomes in men’s health. . . Lead high-impact, solution-focused product briefings—virtually or on-site—tailored to each stakeholder’s needs. . . Proactively prospect and secure meetings with target HCPs to build a healthy, high-potential engagement pipeline.. . Data-Driven Sales Execution. . Use our CRM to manage territory activity, prioritise outreach, and accurately track interactions, insights, and meeting outcomes. . . Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring up-to-date records that support compliance, insight generation, and strategic planning. . . Monitor performance against clear objectives and KPIs aligned to Androlabs’ commercial goals. . . Scientific Communication & Insight Sharing. . Stay informed on relevant clinical developments, guidelines, and treatment pathways—sharing therapeutic knowledge with HCPs to support informed decision-making. . . Capture and share field insights to improve future engagement and inform global marketing and strategy. . . Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to tailor materials and initiatives to local market needs. . . Multi-Channel Engagement & Support. . Combine face-to-face, virtual, and digital tools to provide responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders. . . Proactively manage follow-ups, address questions, and ensure seamless delivery of materials and resources. . . Strategic Contribution & Continuous Improvement. . Attend relevant industry events, congresses, and training sessions to build expertise and visibility. . . Actively contribute to shaping our commercial strategy in Germany by identifying opportunities, challenges, and ideas for growth. . . Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, industry regulation, and internal compliance at all times.. .  . Must-haves:. . Proven experience promoting prescription products to healthcare professionals, in the Berlin region.. . Strong ability to build and nurture relationships over the phone and in person.. . Genuine interest in advancing and growing a men’s health platform and improving patient outcomes.. . Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.. . Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend meetings.. . Excellent command of the written and spoken English. . . Nice to have:. . Experience selling testosterone or erectile dysfunction products.. . Experience selling to urologists or endocrinologists.. .
