Accountabilities:. . Lead, mentor, and scale a team of software engineers and an Engineering Manager. . Own the product roadmap and oversee the end-to-end delivery of a new software product. . Translate business needs into technical requirements and architectural decisions. . Ensure engineering excellence through robust QA practices and scalable development processes. . Foster innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and support. . Maintain operational excellence by owning team workflows and development tools. . Manage technical relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders. . . 10+ years of experience leading product-focused engineering teams. . Strong background in UI technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, GraphQL). . Proficiency with SQL and backend distributed systems, including experience with big data. . Experience working closely with UI/UX designers and contributing to user-focused features. . Proven ability to guide architectural direction and scale engineering processes. . Strong interpersonal skills with experience mentoring and managing cross-functional teams. . Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. .
