Role  . The selected candidate(s) will go through 3-6 months of onboarding and training, then will serve as City Manager to remotely manage day to day operations of the business on 1 or more locations (e.g. Melbourne, San Francisco). This will be focused on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc management responsibilities.  .  . 5+ years of experience in hospitality or similar field, managing a branch, outlet or department  . Experience on both driving sales/profit + delighting customers . Experience managing 3+ people . Experience being accountable for achieving sales/profits targets AND delighting customers . Experience working overseas .  . Excellent English communication skills . Strong attention to detail . Passion for customer service . Friendly positive attitude and team player . Bachelor's Degree/Diploma .  . Franchise development/support experience a PLUS  . Interest or knowledge of football is a PLUS .  . Other Details  .
