The Global Director, Strategy Execution serves as the strategic partner, operational orchestrator, and trusted advisor to the Global Chief Executive Officer of the firm. This executive-level role is pivotal in amplifying the CEO’s impact, ensuring focus on the most critical priorities, and driving enterprise-wide alignment across a geographically and culturally diverse partnership model.. Operating at the core of the firm’s global leadership engine, the Global Director, Strategy Execution acts as an integrator across practice groups, regions, and business functions—translating strategy into actionable initiatives, aligning execution across leadership tiers, and ensuring internal coherence in a fast-paced, high-stakes legal environment.. The role is responsible for shaping, tracking, and communicating strategic imperatives while anticipating and mitigating risks to execution. By overseeing critical governance routines, decision-making forums, and cross-functional efforts, the Global Director, Strategy Execution ensures that the CEO’s agenda is implemented with clarity, urgency, and consistency across jurisdictions.. The Global Director, Strategy Execution must combine intellectual agility with execution discipline and the capacity to drive change at scale.. Responsibilities. . Drive preparation, implementation, and tracking of strategic initiatives, objectives and key results.. . Anticipate and surface emerging issues and opportunities for executive attention.. . Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, board papers, and communications.. . Facilitate effective decision-making by organizing and prioritizing critical issues.. . Coordinate and align with global practice group leaders, regional leaders, and functional heads.. . Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships on behalf of the CEO.. . Ensure clarity and coherence across global priorities, messaging, and change initiatives.. . Lead the Office of the CEO and ensure efficient operation of executive routines.. . Oversee preparation for global executive committee meetings, town halls, and board meetings.. . Coordinate special projects, including mergers, leadership transitions, and innovation pilots.. . Serve as a guardian of executive governance frameworks, risk management, and escalation protocols.. . Act as a liaison with the Board, partnership committees, and firm-wide functions as required.. . Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.. . Required Experience:. . Proven experience (10+ years) in senior strategic, operations, or advisory roles, preferably in a global law firm, consultancy, or professional services environment.. . Experience working at or advising executive/C-suite level leadership.. . Strong understanding of legal markets, global governance models, and partnership structures.. . Exceptional project management and communication skills.. . Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.. . Academic Qualifications and Certifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or a related field is essential.. . Master’s degree (MBA, LLM, or equivalent) preferred.. .
