Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach. . Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage and qualify decision-makers. . Identify potential business challenges and introduce tailored solutions offered by the client. . Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion. . Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives. . Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to align messaging and improve lead quality. . Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track activity metrics. . Continuously test and improve messaging strategies, outreach cadences, and call scripts. . Experience in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or enterprise services is a strong advantage. . Strong English communication skills (French and Arabic are a plus, not required). . Confidence with outbound calling and business conversations. . Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and managing high-volume activity goals. . Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely. . Familiarity with sales technology tools like CRMs, dialers, and lead enrichment platforms. . Ability to adapt quickly to different client products, industries, and sales motions. . A curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with messaging and approach. .
