Serve as the lead for a federal AI and data modernization project, overseeing prototyping, deployment, and operational delivery.. . Manage agile teams composed of engineers, developers, and data science experts across multi-cloud environments.. . Guide the development of secure and scalable AI/ML tools leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.. . Align project delivery with federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, ATO, Section 508) and mission-critical priorities.. . Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams, cloud providers, and external subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality results.. . Maintain a fast-paced development cadence using agile sprint cycles and DevSecOps methodologies.. . Bachelor’s degree in IT, data science, software development, or a related field.. . 7+ years of experience leading software development, analytics, or data science programs—preferably in the federal space.. .
