Responsibilities. . Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.. . Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, prices, and company policies.. . Assist customers with booking flights, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner.. . Handle complaints and queries with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.. . Maintain and update customer records in the system as required.. . Participate in training sessions to stay current on products and services offered by the aviation company.. . . Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.. . Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems.. .
