We are currently looking for a Senior L&D Specialist in the United States.. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to lead the development and delivery of impactful learning programs that enhance leadership, onboarding, and technical training. You’ll take full ownership of a critical learning initiative, shaping strategy and execution while collaborating across teams to ensure business needs are met. The role blends instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven improvement, supporting a culture of growth and continuous learning. Accountabilities:. . Lead the full lifecycle of a strategic learning program (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, or product training) from design to implementation and optimization.. . Partner with your manager to prioritize goals and guide decision-making for your program’s evolution.. . Create engaging learning experiences using formats such as eLearning, microlearning, live sessions, and job aids grounded in adult learning theory.. . Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to assess learning needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive program adoption.. . Use data from surveys, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate and enhance program effectiveness.. . Facilitate key learning sessions, serving as a model of inclusive and effective delivery.. . Manage program logistics, including LMS setup, scheduling, communications, and stakeholder updates.. . Stay up to date with trends in L&D tools, design, and delivery to continuously improve outcomes.. . Support broader L&D team goals by contributing to cross-functional initiatives and maintaining consistency in learner experience.. . Encourage responsible AI adoption through awareness-building and training content where applicable.. . . 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on instructional design, program ownership, and facilitation.. . Demonstrated ability to lead learning programs in partnership with leadership.. . Expertise in adult learning theory, inclusive design, and engaging delivery across digital and live environments.. . Proficiency with LMS systems (preferably Absorb), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise), and content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Snag-It).. . Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.. . Experience delivering leadership development programs is highly desirable.. . Interest or experience in developing AI-focused learning content is a plus.. . Data-driven mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.. .
