Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and applications via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide clear and accurate information about product usage, benefits, and compliance with regulations.. . Assist clients in navigating issues and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.. . Collaborate with sales and product development teams to enhance customer experience.. . Participate in training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in biotechnology.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. .
