Provide technical support to corporate clients through phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.. . Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10), Office 365 applications, Outlook, and mobile device configuration.. . Handle a high volume of support requests (50-60 per day) efficiently and accurately.. . Use Active Directory to manage network password resets and assist with network printer configurations.. . Support VPN connectivity and resolve remote access problems using remote control tools.. . Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.. . Promote a customer-focused approach and align with company values during all client interactions.. . . Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.. . Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment supporting hardware and software.. . Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.. .
