These positions suit engineers who can lead design, analysis, and quality review while mentoring teams.. Key Responsibilities. Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, timber, and masonry systems . Produce and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications . Coordinate with architects, civil teams, and MEP partners . Support construction phase services (RFIs, submittals, site visits) . Ensure code compliance (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC) and internal QA/QC. BS/MS in Structural or Civil Engineering . 7–15+ years in structural engineering (buildings/industrial preferred) . Strong design software experience (ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, Tekla, Revit—role dependent) . PE required/preferred; SE strongly preferred in certain jurisdictions .
