Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. . Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. . Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives. . Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver client solutions. . Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. . Prepare and present proposals, reports, and account updates to clients and management. . Track account performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. . Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.. Qualifications & Skills:. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. . Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services. .
