Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration — for client-facing features within a B2B SaaS platform.. . Translate diverse client needs into scalable product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable user stories.. . Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure cohesive product experiences that drive measurable impact.. . Champion user empathy by conducting research and leveraging insights to inform features, enhance usability, and reduce support burden.. .
