The role is designed for an operator—not a strategist or brainstormer—who can take instructions, build and test systems, document processes, and continuously improve them using practical AI to remove manual work. Success comes from owning execution end-to-end, maintaining strong momentum, communicating progress clearly, flagging issues early with solutions, and keeping pace in a structured, high-action environment that values decisiveness over deliberation.. Translate team ideas, briefs, and existing workflows into functional AI-powered systems that support real business operations . Design, build, test, and refine AI agents and automations using tools such as Claude, Manus, and agent-based workflows . Own AI system execution end to end, from concept through implementation, iteration, documentation, and handoff . Automate repetitive lead generation workflows, including brief intake, market research, lead identification, and data organization . Optimize AI-driven lead generation systems for speed, accuracy, and consistency . Identify administrative and operational tasks suitable for automation and implement AI-supported solutions to reduce manual workload . Support leadership in rolling out AI usage across teams by implementing scalable workflows and best practices . Continuously improve existing AI systems as tools evolve and business needs change, incorporating feedback and performance insights. Non-Negotiables. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with modern AI tools and agent-based workflows . Deep working knowledge of Claude, Manus, and AI agents or autonomous workflows . Proven ability to translate abstract ideas and briefs into practical, working AI systems . Experience automating workflows related to research, lead generation, or administrative operations . Strong systems-thinking mindset with comfort testing, iterating, and improving implementations . Independent operator who owns execution with minimal handholding . Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to document workflows clearly . Thrives in action, dislikes indecision, and keeps pace with a fast-moving team.
