We’re looking for a bookkeeping vendor to help with ongoing bookkeeping and month-end close activities. This is not a full-time role—we’re looking for a reliable, responsive partner, with availability during US (EST) hours.. What you'll do:. On a monthly basis:. Match and categorize bank transactions. Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts. Lock period and results in accounting system. On an ad-hoc basis:. Manage vendor tax and expense account rules. Record manual journal entries as needed. Provide general bookkeeping support. What We’re Looking For. Very strong experience in QuickBooks Online. Strong understanding of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE, IFRS). Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable. Ability to work or overlap with EST hours. Details. Monthly retainer. Long-term partnership preferred. $500 USD/month, depending on experience.
