Provide therapy to adults via live video sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.. . Use clinical tools and assessments to measure progress and refine treatment strategies.. . Document sessions and treatment plans through a user-friendly platform designed for efficiency.. . Consult with clinical leadership as needed to optimize patient outcomes.. . . . Master’s. or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.. . Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus.. . At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.. .
