Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to smart home technology products.. . Assist customers with installation, setup, and operational questions regarding smart home devices.. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.. . Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.. . Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.. . Stay current on product features and industry trends to assist customers effectively.. . Gather customer feedback to help improve services and products.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in technology or smart home solutions.. .
