Deliver outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products and services. . Assist customers with inquiries about product availability, order status, and return processes. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions for complex inquiries. . Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of our retail services. . Stay knowledge about current promotions, products, and trends in the retail industry. . . Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. .
