Product Marketing Manager at Three Trader. About the Role . We are seeking a . Product Marketing Manager . to drive our brand presence and client acquisition strategy in the Japanese market. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of trading clients, financial products, and the Japanese digital landscape. You will lead branding campaigns, develop go-to-market strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and craft impactful messaging to engage traders across Japan. . Key Responsibilities . 1. Branding Campaigns . . Strengthen and localize the company’s brand positioning in Japan, ensuring cultural and market relevance. . . Develop creative branding initiatives (online/offline) to increase awareness and client trust. . . Collaborate with global teams to align brand identity while tailoring for Japanese audiences. . . Measure campaign impact on brand recognition, client engagement, and acquisition. . . 2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy . . Design and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, features, and campaigns. . . Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and client insights to identify opportunities. . . Define target segments, value propositions, and messaging tailored to traders. . . Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful market rollouts. . . 3. Campaign Management . . Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and partner channels. . . Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rates, engagement) and optimize campaigns. . . Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies/vendors as needed. . . Ensure campaigns meet compliance and regulatory requirements . . 4. Copywriting & Social Media . . Craft compelling Japanese-language content for websites, emails, social media, and product materials. . . Manage official social media accounts (Twitter/X, LINE, etc.) to grow engagement and community trust. . . Work closely with design teams to deliver localized creatives that resonate with Japanese traders. . . Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting to the fast-paced trading market environment. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. . . 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, online trading, or financial services. . . Native-level Japanese with strong English communication skills. . . Proven experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, and GTM strategy. . . Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability in Japanese. . . Strong knowledge of Japan’s social media and digital advertising landscape. . . Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools. . . Company Location: Japan.
