As Senior Talent Management Expert you will report to the Head of Talent Management and play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy and developing initiatives of our organization on a global scale to ensure the success of SAP Fioneer. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive talent excellence and align human capital with our business objectives.  . We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Expert to drive our initiatives in leadership development, evolve our e-learning strategy and execution, and talent retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals in a start-up like environment. This position necessitates a strategic and innovative thinker who is passionate about designing Learning and Development programs, and is also dedicated to implementing these programs to achieve substantial impact on talent development and organizational success.. . Design and implement global leadership and expert development programs tailored to various levels of seniority within the organization.. . Facilitate leadership training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to build leadership capabilities.. . Partners with business leaders to ensure business-oriented learning offers and increase engagement across the company in learning initiatives.. . Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make data-driven improvements balancing a high-quality approach, efficiency and effectiveness.. . . Drive the design and implementation of a holistic e-learning strategy in collaboration with the Head of Talent Management as to support our employees globally in their development.. . Manage global learning initiatives virtually in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, HR leadership team and business leadership team.. . Interface to external partners and vendors.. . Report to Global Head of Talent Management.. . Qualifications:. . A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.. . Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership and expert development programs, preferably in a global context.. . Experience in facilitating virtual and hybrid training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.. . Strong project management capabilities with the ability to drive initiatives, collaborate with business leaders, and engage teams across the organization.. . Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset. . . Experience in designing and implementing e-learning strategies, preferably on a global scale and familiar with state-of-the-art technologies.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with leaders, HR stakeholders, external partners and vendors.. .
