Role Overview:. We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and creatively minded Virtual Assistant / Creative Designer to support our small but dedicated team. This role blends admin savvy with design flair: ideal for someone who can switch between calendars and Canva with ease. You’ll assist in day-to-day coordination while helping shape our visual communications and storytelling across digital platforms.. Key Responsibilities:. Virtual Assistant Duties:. . Provide remote administrative support to team leads and project managers. . Monitor and respond to social media questions - following guides and canned responses . . Assist with file management, document formatting, and light data entry. . Support community communications and event-related logistics. . Creative Design Duties:. . Design visually engaging content for social media, newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials. . Maintain consistency with the organisation’s visual brand and tone. . Create simple layouts for reports, event signage, and digital collateral. . Collaborate on storytelling and campaigns to elevate our message and impact. . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . Has at least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant/Creative Designer . . Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, paired with excellent organisational skills. . Is confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), and Google Workspace. . Is familiar with AI content generation tools like Midjourney and open to learning others alongside our Artist in Residence. . Can operate Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X and Tik Tok . . Communicates clearly and kindly, both written and verbal. . Has experience working remotely and managing time independently. . Shares a passion for community, culture, and the arts. .
