Demonstrate solid technical understanding to assess skills, experience, and role fit . Qualify candidates on availability, motivation, work rights, location, and commercial alignment . Maintain active, conversion-ready pipelines aligned to live roles . Deliver recruitment outcomes with urgency in time-critical hiring scenarios . Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand role priorities . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS . Track and report on activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter . Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills . Hands-on expertise with . LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searching. . Sound technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models . Ability to recruit across . multiple technologies and geographic locations. . High levels of urgency, accountability, and ownership . Comfortable working independently in a remote environment .
