Business Development Representative (Sales) - Colombia at NeoWork. NeoWork is looking for a driven and adaptable Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts for a company in the sustainability and foodservice solutions space.. In this role, you will focus on high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You will engage decision-makers and senior leaders across institutions such as colleges, universities, healthcare systems, and senior living communities. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.. This position requires strong prospecting skills, confidence in outbound outreach, and the ability to test and refine messaging based on results. You will work closely with the sales team and receive ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ramp up quickly and improve over time.. Responsibilities. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads . Engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers at target organizations . Pre-qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team . Test and adapt outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates . Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in CRM systems . Consistently meet outreach and meeting-setting goals . Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve prospecting effectiveness. Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles . Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn . Confidence communicating with senior-level contacts . Clear, professional verbal and written English communication . Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining persistence . Ability to adapt quickly and experiment with different outreach approaches . Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms .
