Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the manufacturing industry.. . Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.. . Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.. . Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.. . Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.. . Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the customer relationship management system.. . Train and mentor new customer service representatives on best practices and company policies.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English.. .
