Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO and marketing leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic business decisions.. Coordinate and prioritize critical issues, ensuring efficient communication and decision-making across teams.. Represent the CMO in select meetings, maintaining alignment of messaging and objectives.. Support organizational design, change management, and integration of new tools, processes, and structures.. Develop team engagement models, meeting cadences, and performance tracking to drive accountability and effectiveness.. Oversee department budgets, planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.. Prepare executive-level materials, including leadership presentations, board updates, and organizational communications..
