AP & Ramp Specialist at Elevate and Delegate. Role Overview:. Nova Industrial Arts is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Accounts Payable & Ramp Specialist to support our growing construction operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, job costing, and managing credit card spend through Ramp. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Ramp, skilled in expense categorization and job costing, and able to help the CFO further build and optimize our Ramp implementation.. Key Responsibilities:. . Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. . Manage credit card expense tracking and reconciliation through Ramp. . Support the onboarding, integration, and optimization of Ramp across departments. . Ensure every payable is properly coded and costed to the appropriate job or project. . Process vendor invoices and purchase orders, match and validate documentation. . Assist with job costing and financial tracking to support project profitability. . Monitor spending and ensure adherence to internal budgets and guidelines. . Generate regular reports on expenses, job costs, and AP aging. . Collaborate closely with purchasing, project managers, and the finance team. . . . 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the construction or project-based industry. . Ramp platform experience is required; ability to onboard, train others, and manage Ramp workflows. . Strong understanding of job costing and expense allocation. . good familiarity with procurement workflows and purchase order management. . Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online). . Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. . Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high purchasing volume. . . Nice to Have. . Prior experience working directly with CFOs or finance leadership. . Familiarity with construction industry purchasing and AP workflows. . Experience in multi-project financial tracking and reporting. . Background in digital transformation or system onboarding (like Ramp or Bill.com). . Company Location: Philippines.
