Responsibilities. . Act as the main liaison for assigned partner or client accounts . . Manage day-to-day communication, inquiries, and relationship nurturing . . Ensure project deliverables, campaigns, or services are on time and aligned with expectations . . Track KPIs and provide regular updates or performance reports . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, programs, admin) to support client success . . Identify opportunities for account growth, engagement, or renewal . . Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity . . Help develop presentations, proposals, or reports as needed. . . 2–4 years experience in account management, client success, or donor relations . . Strong communication and relationship-building skills . . Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through . . Comfortable working remotely and across time zones . .
