Proactively identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators through outbound outreach, creator discovery tools (TikTok, Fastmoss, Euka), and affiliate platforms . Leverage EUKA and other affiliate messaging tools to build, manage, and scale a robust creator pipeline . Build, send, and iterate on target plans for priority creators, verticals, and competitor brand talent . Promote and grow the brand’s Discord creator community to onboard and engage new creators . Partner with Promotions and TikTok leadership to align creator recruitment with upcoming campaigns . Track and report on creator recruitment progress, performance, and GMV impact . Acquire and activate high-performing creators from adjacent and competing brands. Must-Have:. 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce . Strong outbound communication and negotiation skills across email, Discord, and social DMs . Proven ability to manage multiple creator pipelines simultaneously .
