What we are looking for…. We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.. What you’ll do…. . Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc. . . Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle.. . Focus on building relationships with HOAs, multifamily developments, and hotels. . Build and foster relationships with real estate agents band brokerages. . Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.. . Negotiate property management agreements. . Assist in onboarding new prospects.. . Work with exiting homeowners to retain home in portfolio.. . Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.. . Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.. . Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.. . Build and maintain professional networks.. . Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.. . Perform other duties as assigned.. . . Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field. . 3 years (min) of experience in a luxury short-term vacation rental sales is required. . Real estate license is required. . Self-motivated with results-driven approach. . Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. . Ability to create and deliver effective presentations. . Strong written and oral communication skills. . Strong attention to detail. . Excellent organizational and time management skills. . Company Location: United States.
