Source and screen candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles, including labourers, customer service assistants, and general site workers.. . Make high volumes of outbound calls to engage with jobseekers and assess suitability.. . Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available temporary workers.. . Support recruitment consultants with candidate placements and general admin.. . Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.. . Coordinate interviews, start dates, and general candidate communications.. . Qualifications and Experience. . . Personality is key.  – confident, friendly, and proactive with excellent communication skills.. . Willingness to pick up the phone and speak with candidates regularly.. . Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.. . Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.. . .
