QC Lead at BlackStone eIT. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead and manage the manual testing efforts for multiple projects across the organization.. . Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.. . Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional teams including development, business analysts, and product managers.. . Ensure all testing activities are carried out as per the defined quality process.. . Track and manage defects, ensuring their resolution before release.. . Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.. . Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant QA metrics to stakeholders.. . Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.. . Required Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in manual software testing with at least 2 years in a lead role.. . Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.. . Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.. . Expertise in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.. . Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA or similar platforms.. . Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.. . Preferred Qualifications:. . ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.. . Experience in testing APIs, databases, and mobile applications is an advantage.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. .
