Technical Trainer(M365) at Gigmo Solutions. In this role, with your passion for developing others, you will deliver a defined curriculum program for early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled Microsoft O365 professionals. In this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, and it is expected that you will have the ability to work well with peers and students. .  . ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES . Deliver defined curriculum of a technical education program focusing on Microsoft O365. . Administer tasks such as schedule sessions, register participants and instructor resources. . Ensure a consistent program experience for all learners globally through defined curriculum, milestones, and interactions. . Develop and document workflows and processes. . Ready to work as a team leader once the training (4 weeks) is completed. . TECHNICAL TRAINING FUNCTION . Planning training and communication of large technical rollouts. . Deliver remote and classroom-based training. . Work in collaboration with a team to plan, track, and update tasks related to training and communication of large technical rollouts. . CONDUCT AND EVALUATE TRAINING . Schedule and deliver Microsoft O365 training sessions . Provide technical training across the organization based on business needs . Train new hires, employees, and customers on O365 tools and real-world use cases . Conduct focused workshops to enhance the technical skills of Gig workers . MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS . Bachelor’s degree in any discipline . 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 training (O365 support experience preferred) . Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels . Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure . Customer-first mindset with a collaborative approach . Proactive, accountable, and driven to deliver results . Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively . Willing and available to travel as needed . Company Location: India.
