Key Responsibilities:. . Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Assist clients with booking issues, inquiries about services, and other client concerns.. . Maintain a deep understanding of Bnberry's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.. . Document customer interactions, feedback, and any necessary follow-up actions in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.. . Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve products and services.. . Participate in training sessions to keep up to date with product offerings and customer service best practices.. . Qualifications:. . Previous experience in customer service support, preferably with a hotel/short term rental background.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.. . Comfortable using CRM software and other customer support tools.. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.. . Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.. . Willing to work rotational shifts, including 24/7 coverage.. . Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.. .
