You will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries regarding food products, beverages, and services in the Nordic languages, ensuring they receive outstanding support and information.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide guidance on product usage, nutritional information, and dietary considerations.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote new products and initiatives.. . Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant information to customers.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Icelandic) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the food & beverage industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.. .
