Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.. . Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.. . Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide the best solutions to customers.. . Stay informed about the latest technology trends and brand developments to offer valuable insights to customers.. . .
