Conduct virtual orthopedic evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical needs, or chronic pain.. . Design and lead personalized rehabilitation programs using video-based sessions and digital exercise tools.. . Monitor patient progress remotely and adjust therapy plans in alignment with recovery milestones.. . Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and post-operative care.. . Document treatment plans and progress accurately in the EMR system, in compliance with U.S. standards.. . For . USRNs. :. . Perform remote clinical assessments related to orthopedic conditions, surgical aftercare, or pain management.. . Provide virtual triage, patient education, and follow-ups to support orthopedic treatment plans.. . Assist with post-op recovery monitoring, ensuring adherence to orthopedic protocols and medications.. . Communicate effectively with U.S.-based orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and care teams.. . Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.. . . Active, unrestricted Florida PT or RN license.. . Based in the . Philippines. with access to high-speed internet and a secure work-from-home setup.. . Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with a strong preference for orthopedic or musculoskeletal care.. .
