In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive insurance policies and claims processing. Responsibilities. . Provide customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat. . Assist clients with questions regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures. . Document customer interactions and claims accurately in our systems. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims issues and client concerns. . Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand each step. . Gather and relay feedback to improve the customer experience within our services. . Participate in training sessions to keep informed about insurance products and industry regulations. . Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal) is required..
