We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to partner with our client, a fast-growing climate tech company reshaping the way we handle food waste - starting in the kitchen. This is an execution-focused, high-impact role that partners directly with the Head of Growth to launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.. If you’re analytical, precise, and fluent in performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and you're eager to move quickly while delivering consistent results, this role is built for you.. Accountability. As a Paid Media Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to execute high-performance ad campaigns, uncover actionable insights, and collaborate seamlessly with creative and growth teams. You’ll be responsible for managing live media buys and supporting performance reporting that drives strategic decision-making. Here's how you'll make an impact:. Campaign Execution & Optimization. . Launch, QA, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (primary), Google Search, and YouTube.. . Execute on a defined media roadmap alongside the Head of Growth, contributing insights while maintaining consistency.. . Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, pausing underperformers, and ensuring naming conventions are followed.. . Implement creative updates, manage approvals, and coordinate influencer whitelisting.. . . Performance Reporting & Analysis. . Own weekly and monthly performance reporting for Meta and Google platforms.. . Analyze campaign data by platform, creative, audience, and demographic to identify trends and anomalies.. . Investigate drops in performance due to fatigue, frequency, or targeting gaps, and provide actionable summaries.. . Export data from platforms and run analyses using Google Sheets or Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs).. . Project Coordination & Documentation. . Maintain campaign performance decks and internal documentation.. . Consolidate test learnings and campaign insights into clear, executive-ready slides.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including lifecycle, creative, analytics, and email to align execution across the funnel.. . Colleagues. You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth at our client’s organization, and work closely with paid media, creative, and data stakeholders across the team. You’ll play a key part in execution and insight generation, with regular collaboration across marketing and performance teams.. Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads UI.. . . Analytical Strength:.
